Responsibilities
- Create GIS-based utility modernization offerings and define asset-intelligence and pipeline-monitoring use cases.
- Support energy, utility, and infrastructure client engagements through workshops, demos, proposals, solution frameworks, POVs, and RFP responses.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts on utility datasets, dashboards, geospatial layers, remote-sensing workflows, and infrastructure analytics demonstrations.
- Track energy, utilities, infrastructure GIS trends, network visibility, outage analytics, and utility network models.
- Manage account delivery governance, contract compliance, service-level commitments, quality metrics, risks, escalations, invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Plan and optimize account resources, monitor fulfillment and costs, support retention, and coordinate with delivery and workforce-management stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in utility GIS, infrastructure mapping, asset intelligence, pipeline monitoring, network visualization, outage analytics, remote sensing, geospatial data operations, solution consulting, pre-sales, or RFP support.
- Mandatory experience with Geographic Information Systems (Maps).
- Knowledge of power distribution or transmission data, gas or pipeline networks, renewable infrastructure, asset management platforms, field operations support, dashboards, GIS tools, infrastructure analytics, and utility network models.
- Ability to create utility modernization offerings, proposals, points of view, and solution frameworks.
- Ability to conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and demonstrations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global client interaction.
