Responsibilities
- Create high- and low-level designs and pseudocode for scalable, robust, and performant solutions.
- Lead hands-on development and design for medium to large projects using React, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Drive teams toward secure coding patterns, strong coding standards, accurate code reviews, and proven technical alternatives.
- Include alerting, recovery, and monitoring considerations in technical designs.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members while fostering a learning culture.
- Coordinate delivery across globally distributed internal and external teams and delegate work effectively.
- Handle changing requirements, production issues, tight deadlines, and quick resolutions or workarounds.
- Manage technical teams and challenge solutions in relevant technical forums.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of hands-on experience with React, Redux, and Node.js.
- At least 10 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with NPM, Grunt, Gulp, Mocha, Jasmine, Jest, and Chai.
- Experience consuming REST APIs using asynchronous methods in partnership with backend development teams.
- Proven experience leading development and design for medium to large projects and delivering complex programs.
- Experience working in Agile environments and under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing technical teams and globally distributed, multisite teams.
- Corporate payments domain knowledge and experience with ITSO activities.
- BE, MCA, or an equivalent degree.
