Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary architect and technical lead for Credit Card Servicing applications and customer journey solutions.
- Design scalable end-to-end solutions and data flows across mainframe and distributed platforms.
- Lead integrations involving Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, APIs, Kafka, and legacy-to-modern system interoperability.
- Drive data governance, documentation, metadata management, data quality, and lineage tracking.
- Provide architectural guidance for initiatives, enhancements, modernization efforts, and enterprise platform alignment.
- Coordinate engineering, data, business, and stakeholder teams to prioritize and deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy processes and expand distributed capabilities.
- Define functional designs, application architectures, technical infrastructure, programming instructions, and responses to software defects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, data architecture, or related roles.
- Strong experience with Java, APIs, microservices, Kafka, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proven expertise in system integration and enterprise architecture design.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data flows, and hybrid mainframe/distributed architectures.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate teams, and influence stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree is required, with comparable education, certifications, and experience potentially considered in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred qualifications include mainframe, Hadoop ecosystem, financial or enterprise data repositories, CCH/CSH ecosystems, BDH environments, and complex data lineage documentation experience.
