Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications aligned with product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Design, implement, enhance, and assess the reliability and scalability of software systems.
- Lead design sessions, code reviews, technical conversations, and architectural modernization initiatives.
- Mentor development staff and help engineering teams build a learning culture and deliver successful product features.
- Identify application improvements and provide actionable recommendations to engineering teams.
- Communicate technical direction and feedback to executives, stakeholders, peers, and development teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 7 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Significant experience in software architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling, and system engineering.
- Fluency in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring tools, performance assessments, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Preferred understanding of security architecture and identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth.
