Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Prepare technical design specifications in collaboration with product management, architecture, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive architectural governance, platform convergence, and balanced planning across engineering initiatives and feature delivery.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead design sessions, technical conversations, code reviews, and modernization initiatives.
- Mentor development staff and foster learning, communication, and effective decision-making across teams.
- Translate AI innovation, automation, and engineering toolchains into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development.
- At least 7 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience in architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling, and implementation or enhancement of software systems.
- Fluency in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Experience with continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Familiarity with application monitoring, performance assessment, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to provide architectural leadership, communicate with executive stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams.
