Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Deliver new functionality across ServiceNow applications.
- Administer, configure, and customize existing ServiceNow modules.
- Adapt ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customer business needs.
- Develop integrations with enterprise software systems.
- Write procedures, technical documentation, and source-code comments.
- Guide development teams and promote best practices in ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a strong record of designing and implementing solutions.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, Customer Service Management, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of relational databases.
- Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture, web services integration, SOAP/WSDL, and REST.
- Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.
- Experience integrating enterprise software systems.
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS proficiency is a plus.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
