Responsibilities
- Drive high-quality system architecture and design.
- Define roadmaps and technical vision for scalable and robust product growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to make platforms open and extensible.
- Align with stakeholders and lead engineers on mission-critical projects.
- Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions.
- Apply internal and industry best practices in system design.
- Investigate and resolve critical system issues.
- Work with geographically distributed engineering teams to build reliable systems at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in software design and development using Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, highly available systems.
- Experience with large-system architecture design and development.
- Experience with AWS and cloud computing.
- Experience developing container-based testing environments.
- Experience with Java, IntelliJ, and Spring.
