Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, maintainable frontend systems using modern frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex legal workflows.
- Establish best practices, patterns, and standards for frontend development.
- Collaborate with product and legal teams to rapidly test and ship user-facing features.
- Work closely with backend engineers to design APIs for seamless experiences.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor engineers to elevate frontend engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience with proficiency in TypeScript and modern frameworks.
- Strong track record of building and scaling production-grade frontend systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of user experience.
- Experience architecting frontend systems and making high-leverage technical decisions.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership of complex problems.
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
