Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Android features for Motorway’s seller-facing application.
- Develop and evolve the in-house Server-Driven UI framework for dynamic feature delivery without app releases.
- Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, including GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, App Store deployment workflows, and automated UI testing.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
- Champion mobile engineering best practices and analyze UI and overall app experience details.
- Build an understanding of the backend systems powering the application.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Android development and proficiency with modern mobile platform frameworks and features, including Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience building and delivering successful products from scratch.
- Proven ability to ship impactful, high-scale mobile applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.
- Experience building complex reusable modules is valued.
- Experience integrating modern ML/AI technology into app journeys is valued.
- Practical experience with Server-Driven UI, A/B testing, or full-stack development is a bonus.
