Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement security controls across AI/ML infrastructure.
- Develop AI security policies, standards, and threat models.
- Build security guardrails for agentic workflows.
- Lead secure adoption of AI tools across various functions.
- Partner with enterprise security on AI-related risks.
- Conduct threat modeling and adversarial testing of AI systems.
- Drive cross-team technical decisions and influence architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering.
- Experience with AI/ML systems and MLOps.
- Strong experience in building and securing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of AI-specific threats.
- Track record of driving cross-team technical initiatives.
