Responsibilities
- Own mobile platform architecture and define MetaMask Mobile's architecture.
- Lead high-impact, cross-team initiatives for upgrades and migrations.
- Elevate developer experience by improving tooling and workflows.
- Integrate AI/LLMs into development processes.
- Drive app health and performance culture through metrics and tools.
- Mentor Senior/Staff engineers and influence technical direction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling mobile apps, particularly with React Native.
- Deep expertise in React Native, including architecture and performance.
- Experience with native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) development.
- Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD and release engineering.
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Interest in using AI to enhance developer productivity.
