Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the testing team.
- Test RPA, Fusion, Messaging, and IVR solutions through test planning, case execution, documentation, and reporting.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Prepare test documentation and reports, identify defects, and support production releases.
- Handle environment setup, application configuration, deployments, incident investigation, logs, alerts, and operational support.
- Collaborate with developers, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent defects from reaching production.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- UiPath experience is mandatory, with senior developer or lead-level capability preferred or required by the posting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience supporting web-based applications and infrastructure.
- Experience with Windows Server administration and support.
- Windows scripting experience, including command line, batch files, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Apache, MySQL, or similar web and database technologies.
- Experience supporting application configuration, deployments, testing, and production support.
- Experience with logs, alerts, incident investigation, and operational support.
- Knowledge of AWS, especially EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, IAM, networking, and monitoring, is advantageous.
- Understanding of UiPath Cloud, hybrid RPA environments, and unattended robot execution is advantageous.
- Experience with server security, SSL, certificate management, or vulnerability remediation is advantageous.
- SQL knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, attention to detail, testing discipline, stakeholder collaboration, and teamwork skills.
