Responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of the Solutions Engineering Team.
- Design, develop, and deliver technical presentations and white papers.
- Create and deliver training materials, product demonstrations, and workshops.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
- Become a subject matter expert on one or more products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in roles such as SRE, Developer, or Solution Architect.
- Deep understanding of at least two to three observability technologies.
- Experience planning and executing a corporate observability strategy.
- Comfortable with at least one modern programming language.
- Familiarity with the modern software development lifecycle and Linux tools.
- Ability to architect modern applications on cloud providers using IAC tools.
