Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deliver distributed microservices-based, cloud-native, resilient, and scalable full-stack SaaS solutions.
- Use Java, Scala, Go, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, Python, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of software solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and product managers to deliver robust cloud-based customer experiences.
- Promote engineering excellence, reuse, and inner-source solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience in one or more of Java, Scala, Golang, React, Node, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is required; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud platform is required.
- At least 1 year of experience with REST, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and Jenkins is required.
- At least 1 year of experience with containerization technologies is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years of cloud experience, 2+ years of containerization experience, 2+ years of front-end development, and experience with open-source frameworks, big data, data security, governance, controls, and Agile practices.
