Responsibilities
- Define and implement end-to-end test strategies for major AI product areas and key components of the core AI engine.
- Provide technical leadership for AI-augmented test automation, including framework refactoring, synthetic data generation, and sophisticated test-suite creation.
- Design testing coverage for AI features, including prompt injection, model hallucination, performance, and reliability testing.
- Lead defect triage, analyze model behavior and system-performance trends, and implement systemic quality improvements.
- Define and enforce automated CI/CD quality gates that detect regressions in code and model outputs.
- Lead quality initiatives for product modules and end-to-end user workflows while balancing technical debt and AI innovation.
- Report quality metrics and team velocity to stakeholders, document AI-testing standards, and mentor engineers on generative-AI workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Development, focused significantly on automated systems and AI-based applications.
- Advanced experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs, including Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and GPT-4, to accelerate software delivery.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright or PyTest.
- A proven track record of leading product delivery in an Agile environment with CI/CD and automated quality gates.
- Ability to drive initiatives from ideation through completion with minimal oversight and strategic alignment with leadership.
