Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve the citizen-developer platform and tools for automation.
- Establish secure SDLC and guardrails for citizen-developer applications.
- Build self-serve development and operations tooling to reduce dependence on central engineers.
- Design and maintain the Temporal-based workflow infrastructure.
- Contribute to Kubernetes and GitOps practices for safe and repeatable deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and lead incident response for workflow services.
- Document standards and best practices for teams using the platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Software/Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with a strongly typed backend language (e.g., Golang, Java).
- Experience designing internal platforms or developer tooling with a focus on developer experience.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitOps practices/tooling.
- Experience building platforms for non-product engineering users is a plus.
- Proven experience with workflow/orchestration systems or large-scale stateful workloads is a plus.
- Comfortable in collaborative, multi-team environments.
