Base Salary
$121k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach two Solutions Consultants initially through deal involvement, feedback, career conversations, mentoring, and hiring support.
- Own end-to-end pre-sales for major financial-services accounts, including discovery, solution design, demos, proofs of value, security reviews, and executive presentations.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex deals and define technical, strategic, and customer-facing quality standards.
- Build financial-services sales plays, discovery frameworks, competitive positioning, reference architectures, demo environments, security and compliance messaging, objection-handling guides, and talk tracks.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Security, Professional Services, and partners to grow Braze’s financial-services segment.
- Publish industry thought leadership including white papers, presentations, and blog posts.
Requirements
- Experience managing people or leading teams, mentoring individual contributors, and driving outcomes through others.
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts with sophisticated technical buying teams and rigorous evaluation processes, ideally in regulated industries.
- Background in pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or customer success.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, strategic problem-solving ability, autonomy, and follow-through.
- Domain knowledge in at least two of AI, SaaS, mobile, APIs, marketing automation, marketing analytics, data and architecture, security and compliance, or programming including HTML.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and create solutions for ambiguous, evolving business needs.

- Base pay for U.S.-based candidates is listed at $121,100-$165,900 per year, with additional compensation potentially including equity, bonus, or commission.
