Base Salary
$61k - $104k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack Java applications using Spring-based frameworks and microservices architecture.
- Build applications integrating with databases, messaging technologies, and REST APIs.
- Work with public cloud and cloud-based technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Implement software application testing approaches and tools.
- Apply chaos testing and SRE practices to build highly resilient cloud applications.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and use associated tools.
- Understand complex customer needs and transactions while contributing to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Java and Spring-based frameworks and libraries, preferably Spring Boot.
- Experience working with public cloud and cloud-based technologies, with Microsoft Azure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
- Experience building applications with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Experience building and consuming REST API integrations and working with microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with testing approaches and tools such as JUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium.
- Experience with chaos testing and SRE practices for resilient cloud applications.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
