Base Salary
$215k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with stakeholder teams, observe manual workflows, and identify high-leverage opportunities for software and automation.
- Build interactive full-stack tools that read data, apply decisions, and write results back to systems of record.
- Replace repetitive work with pipelines and agents that operate independently while involving people when judgment is required.
- Own projects end to end, including scoping, building, deploying, measuring adoption, and iterating with stakeholders.
- Convert reusable skills, integrations, and UI patterns into shared platform building blocks.
- Maintain reliable tooling based on sources of truth while respecting governance and access controls.
Requirements
- 8+ years building and owning production software.
- Staff-level scope and judgment, including the ability to turn ambiguous greenfield work into shipped software with limited direction.
- Full-stack engineering ability across user-facing interfaces, backend services and APIs, and supporting data layers.
- Strong SQL and data-modeling skills, including the ability to navigate data warehouses, reason about pipelines, and validate numbers.
- Product mindset and ability to collaborate with non-engineers and translate manual processes into effective tools.
- Ability to deliver quickly while maintaining correctness, reliability, and clear completion standards.
- Comfort using LLM agents and automation platforms and understanding where guardrails are needed.
- Strong ownership and focus on improving stakeholder productivity and reliability.
- Bonus: forward-deployed, solutions, or embedded engineering experience.
- Bonus: BI or analytics engineering experience with Sigma, Looker, dbt, or Tableau.
- Bonus: familiarity with Workato, n8n, MCP, agent frameworks, or LLM tool use.
- Bonus: comfort working in an ambiguous early-stage environment.
