Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance monitoring and observability tools for machine learning applications and AI accelerators.
- Design, develop, and deploy Neuron Foundation Tools.
- Build real-time telemetry collection, device health tracking, cross-node error correlation, and health trend visualization for Trainium accelerator clusters.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, senior management, and technical leaders to define product direction and deliver customer solutions.
- Contribute to massive-scale distributed training and inference systems.
- Mentor engineers or serve as a technical lead or engineering team leader.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years of leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
