Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, React, and modern front-end technologies.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while following engineering standards.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and support application resiliency, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and validate generated outputs for quality, performance, security, and compliance.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, uncover issues, and improve applications and systems.
- Lead modules, provide technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to technical communities of practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience focused on Java-based enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, enterprise application development, React, system design, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and with cloud-based application development and modern software architectures.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, secure software development, and AI-assisted software development tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include technical team leadership, software engineer mentoring, scalable and highly available application development, cloud-native architecture, delivery automation, and experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
