Base Salary
$107k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the SAP QA strategy, roadmap, testing framework, schedules, quality standards, acceptance criteria, and testing scope.
- Lead and mentor QA resources, including offshore teams, while coordinating communication, performance tracking, feedback, and professional development.
- Oversee manual and automated testing throughout planning, design, execution, defect management, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain SAP test automation using Tricentis Tosca, including automation for SAP UI5, Fiori, and backend processes.
- Establish automation frameworks supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Coordinate regression testing for SAP patches, upgrades, and scheduled changes, and manage stable testing environments.
- Maintain quality metrics and dashboards and serve as the primary quality contact for the SAP landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Five to seven years of experience in quality assurance and software testing with a strong SAP focus.
- Experience as a QA Lead or Manager, including directing daily work or leading teams and delivering quality results.
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams and applying relevant collaboration and delivery practices.
- Deep hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including designing and implementing end-to-end automation test cases for SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and products including FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, LO, SAP Ariba, Concur, and FSM.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic QA skills.
- Tricentis Tosca certification is highly desirable; VBScript or Python scripting knowledge is a plus.
