Responsibilities
- Drive complex Conversational AI consulting and implementation projects from pilot or proof of concept through scalable, high-performance enterprise deployment.
- Design technical solutions, shape architectural best practices, and resolve advanced technical challenges.
- Develop back-end integrations, server-side applications, and data-manipulation solutions using JavaScript and Python.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, business development, and product teams to support customer outcomes and product strategy.
- Deliver technical training, workshops, and best-practice enablement for customers and partners.
- Create technical documentation and ensure the resolution of complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Require 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven experience with Cognigy or an equivalent Conversational AI platform.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python, with experience in back-end integrations.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end design.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
