Base Salary
$111k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own complex, first-of-their-kind customer problems end-to-end from prototype through stable production across multiple deployments.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operationalize AI-powered workflows for customer reporting and regulatory challenges.
- Establish controls for human review, exception management, governance, auditability, and scalability in regulated environments.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer regulatory, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead executive discussions, technical workshops, solution reviews, and customer solution delivery.
- Convert recurring customer problems and field outcomes into reusable patterns, evaluation criteria, and priorities for Product and Engineering.
- Contribute customer learnings, methods, patterns, and peer mentoring to the team’s shared knowledge base.
- Travel 25% for internal meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering software solutions to enterprise customers.
- Experience with reporting and analytics technology or financial, sustainability, governance, risk, compliance, or adjacent domains is preferred.
- Experience configuring, customizing, and delivering software solutions in customer environments, including complex implementations from requirements through deployment and adoption, is preferred.
- Ability to engage credibly with technical and business stakeholders, including regulatory teams, IT, and executive sponsors, is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or comparable ecosystems and common integration patterns is preferred.
- Experience working with implementation partners, advisory firms, systems integrators, or audit firms is preferred.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent-based architectures, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, and AI application lifecycle management is preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
