Responsibilities
- Support SharePoint site design, architecture, functionality, and administration for the Knowledge Sharing Network.
- Create and customize project sites and assist users with site configuration for program and project needs.
- Develop web parts and custom workflows to manage content, improve information sharing, and automate document management.
- Maintain site structure and access to pertinent data, analyze stakeholder data, and support reporting.
- Develop Gantt-chart workload reports and prepare monthly and semi-annual status reports.
- Provide recommendations for improving content, functionality, efficiency, and alignment with FAA business processes.
- Communicate KSN-related and project-related information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with nine or more years of experience, a master’s degree with seven or more years, or a PhD or JD with four or more years; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or a similar collaboration system, including site administration.
- Knowledge of and experience with .NET 3.5/4.0, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, Microsoft Power Platform, and JSON.
- Experience with Enterprise Records Management, Enterprise Knowledge Management, and/or Enterprise Information Management is highly beneficial.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance are required.
