Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain software systems using AI.
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand the healthcare domain and iterate on projects.
- Protect user privacy and security through software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of software engineering experience, especially with distributed event-driven architectures.
- Bring a generalist software engineering mindset and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques.
- Have familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
- Demonstrate accountability, urgency, commitment to feedback, and interest in a high-performing mission-driven team.
