Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical expert for one or more DTCC applications.
  • Work with business system analysts to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams to identify and deploy optimal hosting environments.
  • Tune application performance and research technical solutions aligned with DTCC standards.
  • Design software components, construct applications, create unit tests, and participate in functional testing.
  • Support development teams with testing, troubleshooting, production support, and deployment.
  • Contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery, and improved team ways of working.
  • Apply risk and control processes to monitor and mitigate risk and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Coach others and collaborate across the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, programming languages, application design, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Ability to collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure teams, architects, product managers, project managers, end users, and development teams.
  • Strong communication, knowledge-sharing, coaching, and cross-organizational collaboration skills.
