Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, architecture, development, implementation, deployment, and support of complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for architecture, design decisions, and development execution.
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers.
- Serve as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for platform support and production stability.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, security, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to platform governance, development standards, continuous improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of software engineering or enterprise application development experience.
- At least 7 years designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions and ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, APIs, and integrations.
- At least 5 years leading ServiceNow development teams or serving as a hands-on technical lead.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and collaborate across large enterprises.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and release management.
- Preferred qualifications include 9+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, 5+ years with .NET and SQL, ITIL or ServiceNow certifications, API-driven integrations, Automated Test Framework, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, SaaS or low-code platforms, AI-assisted automation, and ServiceNow upgrades.
