Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic integrations from discovery to launch.
- Design scalable integration approaches with engineering and product teams.
- Scope technical requirements and define success criteria.
- Translate business goals into concrete technical plans.
- Collaborate with various teams to bring complex deals to life.
- Develop demos and proofs-of-concept to unlock new partnership opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with partner engineering leaders.
- Represent Replit in technical workshops and discussions.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering or partner engineering.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and partners.
- Knowledge of Vibe Coding tools and traditional developer tools.
- Experience with common integrations and APIs.
- Preferred experience in business-facing roles with a technical background.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth and SAML.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern integration patterns.
