Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver project outcomes.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and multiple collaborating teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in enterprise applications and support software integrations.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
- Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration is required.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business-oriented solutions.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
