Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day technical health of iconbuild.com, monitoring for bugs and performance issues.
- Triage and resolve site issues quickly, communicating status to stakeholders.
- Manage CMS updates and platform upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Build and maintain new pages and features for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with design teams to create responsive web experiences.
- Continuously audit and improve site speed and technical SEO health.
- Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure across the website.
- Contribute to backend support and assist with code reviews.
- Serve as the primary technical partner for the marketing team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional web development experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with a major CMS platform, preferably Webflow.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
- Working knowledge of Node.js, Python, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Git and modern deployment workflows.
- Deep expertise with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive ownership mindset.
