Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact user-facing features from technical specification through production.
- Drive client-side architecture, including micro-frontend composition, shared component libraries, and cross-product design patterns.
- Partner with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality builder UX and interaction design.
- Build and use AI agents to accelerate development while applying judgment about automation.
- Understand builder security-review, issue-triage, and security-metrics workflows and build from customer needs.
- Track operational and client-side performance metrics and continuously improve latency and performance.
- Mentor engineers, support onboarding, contribute to roadmap planning, and help engineers grow.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of non-internship professional front-end, web, or mobile software development experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- At least 1 year of experience with computer science fundamentals including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of agile software development methodology experience.
- Preferred: experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.
