Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions with delivery managers, solution architects, clients, and third-party partners.
- Lead strategic initiatives that grow the consulting practice and contribute to the community knowledge base.
- Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies that increase business value.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, and issue resolution through completion.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and key artifacts to ensure maintainable solutions.
- Advise on program vision and project strategies involving enabling technologies and the Salesforce Platform.
- Mentor and develop talent while building relationships with C-level executives and senior technology leaders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and business-process optimization skills.
- Experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to communicate and defend best practices to varied audiences, including C-level executives.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Application design and development, enterprise architecture, Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, and consumer goods industry experience are preferred or advantageous.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
- Experience leading a technical team or workstream and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is preferred.

- For Ontario-based roles, the base salary hiring range is CAD 154,700 to CAD 204,700 annually, excluding bonus, sales incentives, equity, and benefits.
