Base Salary
$350k - $475k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for LLM Research.
- Develop high-throughput systems for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
- Build systems for traceability, reproducibility, and robust quality control.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting for platform reliability.
- Collaborate with research teams to unlock new features and improve data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or similar.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, preferably Python or Rust.
- Fluency in distributed compute frameworks such as Apache Spark or Ray.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data lake architectures.
- Ability to operate across the stack and own projects end-to-end.
- Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Proactive mindset with a bias for action.
