Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions and AI-powered applications.
- Write production-quality code and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, SCAPE, and related orchestration technologies.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, knowledge retrieval systems, vector search, and contextual reasoning solutions.
- Develop integrations between automation platforms, operational support systems, workflow orchestration tools, network management platforms, and enterprise data sources.
- Define APIs, integration patterns, technical approaches, scalable architectures, and technical designs with engineering teams.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, design sessions, code reviews, testing strategies, and release planning.
- Lead technical research and development programs, prototype design, research studies, vendor evaluations, and solution viability assessments.
- Develop specifications, technical requirements, algorithms, frameworks, evaluation plans, test results, formal recommendations, patents, and other intellectual property.
- Serve as the prime technical contact for assigned projects and provide technical leadership on complex, revenue-impacting problems.
- Organize project resources and ensure efficient allocation and utilization.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Applicants may also be considered with some combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong software engineering expertise and experience developing AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience with agentic AI, orchestration frameworks, RAG architectures, knowledge retrieval, vector search, contextual reasoning, and system integrations.
- Ability to translate business, product, and operational requirements into scalable architectures and maintainable software solutions.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Strong technical collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, architecture, data, and operations stakeholders.
