Responsibilities
- Build prototypes, proof of concepts, and custom extensions for enterprise customers.
- Configure and adapt Lio’s AI platform to customer workflows, ERP systems, and enterprise environments.
- Lead technical deep dives, live demos, and workshops with procurement, IT, and architecture teams.
- Understand customer technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Partner with Sales throughout the deal cycle as the technical owner of customer success.
- Translate recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and technical sessions one to two days per week.
Requirements
- Experience building software or integrating technical systems.
- Comfort working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or modern development frameworks.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, ownership, technical curiosity, and customer problem-solving ability.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Interest in AI and enterprise software adoption.
- Procurement experience and deep ERP knowledge are not required.
