Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Python services for real-time dispatch decisions.
- Build and extend machine learning models and run simulations to assess trade-offs.
- Automate training, validation, and monitoring processes using tools like SageMaker and Airflow.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, and Data Engineering teams while mentoring junior ML engineers.
- Continuously improve systems by identifying failure modes and iterating on solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ML Engineering with ownership of production systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with optimization techniques and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Proven ability to design cloud-native pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong SQL skills and a focus on data quality and feature-store design.
