Responsibilities
- Support production customers by monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Automate the deployment of new software in collaboration with DevOps engineers.
- Define, measure, and meet key operational metrics including performance and availability.
- Run incident resolution and facilitate teamwork across departments.
- Build lifecycle processes to mitigate risk and ensure platforms remain current.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in cloud operations.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure or another public cloud platform.
- 1+ years of experience with automation tools like Terraform and Linux scripting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Understanding of Container and DevOps technologies.
