Base Salary
$131k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to formulate and execute AWS adoption strategies that exceed revenue objectives.
- Educate customers on AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions for successful cloud deployments.
- Build relationships with senior technical customer stakeholders and develop cloud advocates.
- Conduct customer training sessions and create one-to-many technical content such as reference architectures, blog posts, and whitepapers.
- Support application, software, and service migration to AWS and share best practices within the AWS Solutions Architect community.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS product teams.
- Travel domestically approximately 25%, depending on location.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, engineering leaders, executives, and other customer stakeholders.
- Ability to understand business drivers, connect technology to measurable business value, and learn complex technologies quickly.
- Preferred experience working in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred experience working with AWS technologies from a development and operations perspective.

- Base salary varies by location: $144,500-$195,400 annually in New York, NY, or $131,300-$177,600 annually in Arlington, VA.
