Base Salary
$105k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and engineering teams to understand testing complexity and map needs to existing capabilities.
- Develop extensions, plugins, fixtures, and reusable layers for test frameworks.
- Prototype new test vectors, approaches, tools, and methods.
- Develop with LLM agents and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Build tools with general utility and support continuous delivery processes.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in application development, software testing, or performance/load testing.
- Deep familiarity with test framework internals or advanced Pytest, Playwright, or TestNG topics.
- Proficiency in at least one of Go, Node, Java, or Python.
- Strong proficiency with agent-driven development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration is optional.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
