Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture and direction for a medium-to-large cross-functional product or platform capability area.
- Lead multi-team technical roadmaps, align priorities, surface tradeoffs, and drive adoption of reusable platforms, patterns, and standards.
- Design and deliver scalable software, AI-augmented workflows, intelligent services, and enterprise integrations.
- Define and advance automated testing strategies across unit, contract, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
- Use AI to accelerate test creation, maintenance, coverage analysis, failure clustering, root-cause analysis, synthetic data generation, and visual or regression testing with appropriate human review and governance.
- Evaluate and implement high-value AI, intelligent automation, RAG, agentic, classical ML, rules-based, and hybrid enterprise use cases.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for reliability, security, observability, operability, evaluation, regression testing, safety, and governance.
- Coach Staff and Senior engineers, sponsor communities of practice, support continuous improvement, and communicate technical strategy to technology and business leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-stack development experience using Java, C#, Python, or Go, with client-side and server-side framework expertise.
- 6+ years of experience with architecture and technical direction across multiple teams.
- 2+ years of production experience shipping LLM, generative AI, applied AI, or intelligent automation, or demonstrable ownership of AI-enabled platform capabilities.
- Extensive experience architecting and building large-scale SaaS platforms and microservices using API-driven and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, GCP, Azure, or another major cloud provider.
- Deep hands-on expertise in test engineering, automated testing across the test pyramid, test data management, shadow validation, and AI-assisted testing or test-platform acceleration.
- Experience with production engineering practices including OAuth, SAML, Active Directory, observability, security, AI evaluation, regression testing, safety, and governance.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, AI services, model APIs, orchestration tooling, and durable observable workflows such as Temporal or Fable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Strong technical leadership, architecture ownership, stakeholder communication, mentoring, standards adoption, and judgment regarding appropriate AI technologies.
