Responsibilities
- Creating Salesforce (technical) solution designs
- Declarative and programmatic development of Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements
- Creating estimations for the work to be done
- Working closely with other members of the scrum team on the project
- Peer reviewing others’ work
- Sharing knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer
- Experience working with the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Consulting experience with the ability to find the right solution and present it to the client
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Service is a plus
- Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWCs is advantageous
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and release management
- Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications are welcome
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a Business, IT or technology related field
- Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing
