Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+ and Spring technologies.
- Build and maintain RESTful and SOA-based services using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Implement asynchronous JMS-based messaging using technologies such as ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, and RabbitMQ.
- Design and enhance service-oriented and microservices architectures.
- Own and deliver complex modules end-to-end.
- Ensure code quality through reviews, static analysis, and testing.
- Use Maven for build and dependency management and GitHub Copilot for development and refactoring.
- Develop Angular frontends using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including component structures, communication, rendering, and asynchronous API handling.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Java experience, including Java 17+.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Framework 6.x.
- Hands-on experience with JMS-based messaging and a strong understanding of service-oriented architecture.
- Experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP services.
- Proficiency with Maven and code quality tools including SonarQube, PMD, and Checkstyle.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong expertise in Angular and JavaScript, including ES6/ES7.
- Hands-on TypeScript experience and strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, including custom CSS.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or MCA qualification.
- Excellent English communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and React.
