Responsibilities
- Build monday.com’s Agentic SDLC using AI and autonomous agents to automate, stabilize, and improve software delivery.
- Develop full-stack backend and frontend applications and manage application release cycles at scale.
- Own agentic projects end to end across the software development lifecycle, from pull request through production.
- Plan system architecture and contribute to a seamless developer experience and reliable end-user experience.
- Collaborate across R&D in a small engineering team to deliver high-impact projects.
Requirements
- Strong coding and technical skills with a passion for developer experience.
- Experience using AI to build workflows and autonomous agents that improve efficiency and output quality.
- Ability to plan system architecture and understand the broader technical picture.
- Experience building modern backend and frontend applications and managing full application release cycles at scale.
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment.
- DevOps experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is advantageous.
- Strong communication, collaboration, self-learning, and ownership skills.
