Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify pain points and prioritize feature development.
- Collaborate with design to bring new features to life.
- Execute and ship features end-to-end on a daily basis.
- Provide customer support to gain insights into user needs.
- Own the customer experience and product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO.
- Implement rigorous customer feedback and analysis processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience with React for front-end development.
- Proficient in Figma for efficient design collaboration.
- Demonstrated customer obsession and ability to engage with finance professionals.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with numbers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize numerous feature requests.
