Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute, and document embedded software tests.
- Validate and verify software against functional and system requirements.
- Design and automate test cases using relevant testing tools and programming languages.
- Execute tests on automotive ECUs and HiL validation benches.
- Analyze communications and diagnostics over CAN and LIN networks.
- Identify, analyze, and track issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with software development and systems teams in an R&D environment.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in embedded software testing or validation, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Experience with ECUs and automotive electronic systems.
- Knowledge of CAN and LIN protocols.
- Experience with Vector tools, especially CANoe, CANalyzer, CANdela, vTESTstudio, and Vector VT System/VTStudio.
- Experience with HiL test benches.
- Knowledge of CAPL, Python, C, and C++.
- Experience with UDS diagnostics.
- English proficiency of at least B2 level.
- Valued qualifications include FlexRay, DOORS, Jira, Git, Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, Functional Safety, and German.
