Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement moderately complex software components, tools, and utilities.
- Develop backend and frontend functionality using .NET Core, C#, WCF, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures and perform database performance tuning.
- Design scalable systems using microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines, containerized applications, and Azure-based services.
- Perform unit and integration testing and apply test-driven development practices.
- Modify existing software to meet specialized needs and configurations.
- Maintain program libraries and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, implementation activities, and corrective actions to meet timelines.
Requirements
- 3.5 to 5.5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with .NET Core, C#, WCF, Angular, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience writing optimized queries and stored procedures and performing performance tuning.
- Experience with Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, scalable system design, automated build and deployment pipelines, and containerization.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development.
- Experience using generative AI, agentic AI, or copilots in development and testing.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and under moderate supervision.
