Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and development activities.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Design and implement scalable financial software solutions integrated with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders regarding project requirements and expectations.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance and strong knowledge of financial processes and ERP integration.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable financial software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on high-quality software delivery.
- 15 years of full-time education.
