Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright for FX derivatives pricing and booking flows.
- Lead development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and consistency.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional software integration and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright and experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable solution design.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with emphasis on code quality and performance.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
