Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and continuously improve application performance and user experience.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and assist junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Recruiting.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations and Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
