Base Salary
$196k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve and scale cloud data replication and job lifecycle systems.
- Automate platform operations across OSS, Enterprise, and Cloud.
- Build internal tooling to expedite connector and CDK changes.
- Develop AI-powered tooling for connector generation and incident response.
- Enhance observability and debugging tools for engineers and customers.
- Collaborate on cross-cutting technical decisions across platform and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with strong proficiency in JVM/Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience building and operating large scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like Temporal-style workflows.
- Experience running services using Kubernetes on major cloud providers.
- Systems-level thinking with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and owning problems end-to-end.
